Fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) improves VEPs (learning, adjustment, response, communication disorders) in children with ASD (autism), ADHD, dyslexia.<\/p>\n

FGF2 is a protein (protein complex) with an important role in the growth process.
\nIn several animal studies with brain injury, trauma, hypoxia\/ischemia and pathway sections, they have shown that FGF2 is able to decrease the degree of injury. FGF2 has been used as a remedy for children with ASD (autism), ADHD and dyslexia.<\/p>\n

A significant increase after FGF2 therapy in brain energy was observed in children with autism.
\nThe parietal nerves have improved significantly in their response, primarily due to the increased number of neurons responding. But also a new functional organization, which indicates an improvement in the late components of these regions. Probably related to the fact that the best response in the neuropsychological assessment was in language.<\/p>\n

It is concluded that FGF2 improves VEP flashes in parietal, temporal and occipital regions of autistic children after several months of treatment, which correlates with improvements in language, behavior, areas that showed the best evolution in neuropsychological assessment. The most important improvement was the recovery of the area under the curve in many patients. The initial study showed absent or very low response in the parietal, temporal and occipital regions, mainly on the right side .<\/p>\n
